Chen Hsiao Hsia Singer-songwriter & Record Producer
Chen Hsiao Hsia is a songwriter, record producer and singer well known in the world of Chinese. In the 80's, when she began writing songs, she also sang at restaurants with live folk song performances and she was good at singing English songs.
Chen Hsiao Husia had also served as A & R Manager of EMI (Taiwan) Ltd.
Chen Hsiao Hsia's music creation has crossed over three principal languages of Chinese popular music world, namely, Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese. Many famous singers of these three languages have sung songs written by her and have given extremely high praise to her music and her talent in songwriting.
Up to the present, close to 300 musical works of Chen Hsiao Hsia have been recorded and published. Her rich experience in life has cultivated a personal musical style unique to her own. Her professional songwriting ability has enabled her to write songs which are suitable for singers of various styles. Her songs have contributed to the successful sales records again and again in careers of many Chinese singers. The works of Chen Hsiao Hsia has become a guarantee for quality. Currently, she is devoting all her efforts in writing songs and producing her own album.

Hal David Director, ASCAP & Lyricist
Born in New York city in 1921. Hal David has been honoured for his way with words with every major award bestowed by thc music industry, including 20 gold records. a Grammy, the NARM Presidential Award, and the B'Nai B'rith Creative Achievement Award. He has also been elected to the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and has been presented with their coveted Johnny Mercer Award.
"Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head". "Close To You", "I'll Never Fall In Love Again", "Do You Know The Way To San Jose", "What The World Needs Now Is Love", and "Walk On By" are just a few of the hits and million-sellers written by lyricist Hal David --all of which have become pop standards.
"Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head" garnered an Academy Award for Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. In addition, "What's New Pussycat", "Alfie", and "The Look of Love" received Oscar nominations. Mr. David also wrote the lyrics for film scores to "Casino Royale", "The April Fools", "A House Is Not A Home", "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance", and "Moonraker". His Broadway show "Promises, Promises" received a Grammy, and was nominated for a Tony Award.
Lincoln College bestowed a Doctor of Music degree on Mr. David in 1991 for his major contribution to American music. Mr. David is a member of the Board of Directors of ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers), having formerly served as its President.

Steve McClure Billboard Japan Bureau Chief
Steve McClure was born in 1958 in Vancouver, Canada. He received his Bachelor's degree in 1982 from University of British Columbia majoring in Political Science and French. lie has worked as a journalist since 1981 in Canada, the U.K. and Japan. He has lived in Japan since 1985 and became the Japan correspondent for Billboard, the International newsweekly of music, video and home entertainment in 1991. His current title is Billboard Japan Bureau Chief.
